In April 2022, NYWGF will be announcing its first official group of “certified” Sustainable Winegrowers. You are invited to join Justin Jackson for a brief update on what is next for the Sustainability Program, including the rollout of a new Trustmark logo, Marketing Toolkit, updated website, and plans for continuous improvement to the VineBalance workbook. Justin Jackson, Sustainability Program Manager, New York Wine & Grape Foundation
Justin Jackson began his career in wine working under Dr. Justin Scheiner at Texas A&M evaluating cultivars for suitability to the Texas climate. He then went on to study viticulture under Dr. Justine Vanden Heuvel at Cornell where he obtained his Master’s researching alternative vineyard management practices. He is currently the Sustainability Program Manager for the New York Wine & Grape Foundation.
